I would like to take a moment to share how wonderful the staff of Montrose Animal Hospital is. We recently endured the loss of our beautiful husky, Kodiak, a couple of days before Christmas. He had been a part of our family for a little more than 9 years. Kodiak fell ill in the last couple of weeks, we thought he had caught some kind of animal virus and he was being treated for such (a different vet clinic). His symptoms and overall condition didn’t seem to be getting better, and his gums were pale/white, so we took him back in. When we arrived at Montrose, their hospital staff rushed out to our car, and carried Kodiak in to immediately start diagnosing what was wrong. They went to work right away and did everything they could to help him. He ended up passing a couple of hours later, once we were home. Dr. Webster and staff are amazingly beautiful people, and the care they provide to our fur babies is unparalleled. They saved my sweet sweet senior dog and took her in same day. They were incredibly kind, and the price point even as an emergency situation was better than could have imagined.
